Enrollment

Classes begin the first Tuesday of each Month if spaces are available.

School Requirements:

1. Must be 18 years of age.

2. Birth certificate if 21 or under.

3. Educational statement (GED or High School Diploma).

4. Copy of Social Security card.

5. $10.00 money order to register with state board.

6. $200.00 dollars down
   (NON REFUNDABLE)
   

Dress Code:
Students are required to wear solid khaki or purple scrubs with clean close-toed shoes.
